Oh My Ship is a product ranking platform where makers list products and supporters back them. Rankings are influenced by paid support. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the products and content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform.

You must have the rights to what you post. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful.

Paid support raises a product's ranking. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. Paying does not guarantee any specific outcome, traffic, or placement duration beyond the ranking mechanics described on the site.

Do not abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. Do not manipulate rankings through fraud, bots, or fake accounts. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Oh My Ship is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
